Cancellation Policy

Child Policy

Check in - 14:00 hours. Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, the reservation needs to be made from the previous night.

Check out - 12:00 hours. Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

A recent Government of India notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in.

Guarantee Policy

All bookings must be guaranteed at time of reservation by a credit card or travel agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Mandatory Meal Supplement

A mandatory meal supplement is applicable at select Trident Hotels on Christmas Eve: 24th December and New Year Eve: 31st December, as per below details:

Guests are requested to cancel any reservations within the stipulated period as mentioned below to avoid any cancellation charges.

Trident, Agra Trident, Jaipur Trident, Cochin Trident, Chennai Trident, Gurgaon Trident, Hyderabad Trident, Bhubaneswar Trident, Bandra Kurla Trident, Nariman Point	Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur cancellation fees equivalent to 100% of the booked stay.
Trident, Udaipur	Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will incur cancellation fees equivalent to 100% of the booked stay.

Trident, Cochin Trident, Chennai Trident, Gurgaon Trident, Hyderabad Trident, Bhubaneswar Trident, Bandra Kurla Trident, Nariman Point	Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fees equivalent to 100% of the booked stay.
Trident, Agra Trident, Jaipur Trident, Udaipur	Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will incur cancellation fees equivalent to 100% of the booked stay.

The cancellation policy for some rates/offers and room categories may differ from the standard cancellation policy of the hotel.

Up to two children under 12 years of age can be accommodated in the parents’ room, with one extra bed (subject to availability) at no additional charge on room only basis. Kindly state your request for an extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate this
Should you wish to take a separate room for children below 12 years, we are pleased to offer this at 50% price of the parents’ room. The offer is not applicable on the following dates at Trident Hotels in Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Cochin:

Meals for children can be availed as below:

Below 6 years – complimentary
Between 6-12 years – 50% of parents’ meal charges
12 years+ – full charge

Please Note:

There is a government “No-Smoking” legislation for all hotels, restaurants and public places in India. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited throughout Trident Hotels except designated bedrooms where smoking is permitted.

Should you require a smoking bedroom, please let us know at the time of making your reservation. We shall endeavour to reserve a smoking bedroom for you, subject to availability.

Pets are not allowed in Trident Hotels.
