Terms & Conditions:

The Trident Birthday Offer entitles Trident Privilege members certain discount on the F&B spend made during the calendar month of the member’s birthday at participating restaurants and bars at Trident Hotels.
The Offer is applicable on food and beverage consumption (including alcoholic beverages, except on government-notified dry days or where restricted by law) with the following discounts on the total F&B bill:
- 50% discount for up to 2 guests.
- 33% discount for up to 3 guests.
- 25% discount for up to 10 guests.
The member may avail the Offer once during the calendar month of their birthday. To redeem the Offer, the member must be present and inform the relevant restaurant representative upon arrival. The member will be required to present the Offer email received from the company along with a valid proof of identity.
This offer is not applicable on special events and promotion happening at the restaurant.
The Offer is available exclusively for dine-in during lunch and dinner service at the participating restaurants and bars. Members are advised to check the list of participating restaurants and bars in advance.
The Offer is limited to one (1) table on a single consolidated bill. Bill-splitting or multiple checks will not be permitted.
The Offer is strictly personal and cannot be availed by any representative, family member, or friend in the member’s absence.
The Offer cannot be combined or clubbed with any other promotion, discount, voucher, credit card offer, or special event package.
In case of concurrent offers, the management shall have sole discretion to determine applicability.
Blackout dates may apply, during which the Offer will not be available.
Discounts shall apply on the pre-tax value of the food and beverage charges. Taxes, service charges, and levies shall be payable on the discounted amount.
In the event of any suspected misuse, the management reserves the right to refuse redemption.
Participating restaurants, and bars will be determined solely at the discretion of the management.
Standard restaurant / hotel policies, including dress code etc. will apply. The offer is subject to availability and the restaurant / hotel reserves the right of admission. The restaurant / hotel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
Participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the members that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
The benefits under this Offer are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
The management reserves the right to discontinue the Offer at any time in its sole discretion without giving any prior notice.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the management retains the right to terminate the benefits under the Offer, in the event a member: (a) violates any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) commits any fraud or abuse, misrepresents or attempts to misuse the benefits under the Offer; or (c) violates any law in connection with the use of the Offer or any benefits under the Offer.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi.
