Child Policy

Check in - 14:00 hours. Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, the reservation needs to be made from the previous night.

At Trident Bandra Kurla, Mumbai, Check in is at 15:00 hours effective 1st April, 2025.

Check out - 12:00 hours. Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

A recent Government of India notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in.

Guarantee Policy

All bookings must be guaranteed at time of reservation by a credit card or travel agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Mandatory Meal Supplement

A mandatory meal supplement is applicable at select Trident Hotels on Christmas Eve: 24th December and New Year Eve: 31st December, as per below details:

Guests are requested to cancel any reservations within the stipulated period as mentioned below to avoid any cancellation charges.

Trident, Agra Trident, Chennai Trident, Gurgaon Trident, Hyderabad Trident, Bhubaneswar Trident, Bandra Kurla, Mumbai Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai	Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 02 days prior to date of arrival without any cancellation charge. Cancellations received less than 02 days prior to arrival will incur 100% cancellation charge of the entire stay including applicable taxes and fees.
Trident, Jaipur	Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 03 days prior to date of arrival without any cancellation charge. Cancellations received less than 02 days prior to arrival will incur 100% cancellation charge of the entire stay including applicable taxes and fees.

Trident, Udaipur	Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 03 days prior to date of arrival without any cancellation charge. Cancellations received less than 02 days prior to arrival will incur 100% cancellation charge of the entire stay including applicable taxes and fees.
1st August, 2024 - 30th September, 2024
Trident, Udaipur	Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 07 days prior to date of arrival without any cancellation charge. Cancellations received less than 02 days prior to arrival will incur 100% cancellation charge of the entire stay including applicable taxes and fees.

1st October, 2024 - 31st March, 2025

21st December, 2024 - 3rd January, 2025

Trident, Agra Trident, Jaipur	Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 15 days prior to date of arrival without any cancellation charge. Cancellations received less than 02 days prior to arrival will incur 100% cancellation charge of the entire stay including applicable taxes and fees.
Trident, Udaipur	Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 30 days prior to date of arrival without any cancellation charge. Cancellations received less than 02 days prior to arrival will incur 100% cancellation charge of the entire stay including applicable taxes and fees.

The cancellation policy for some rates/offers and room categories may differ from the standard cancellation policy of the hotel.

Up to two children under 12 years of age can be accommodated in the parents’ room, with one extra bed (subject to availability) at no additional charge on room only basis. Kindly state your request for an extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate this
Should you wish to take a separate room for children below 12 years age, we are pleased to offer the same at 50% price of the parents' room (subject to adequate availability in the same category). The offer is not applicable on the following dates at Trident Hotels in Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur:

Meals for children can be availed as below:

Meals for children aged up to six are complimentary when dining from the restaurant buffet. For children aged six to twelve, meals are charged at 50% of the parent's meal plan rate. Meals for children above twelve are charged at full price. À la carte meals and In-Room Dining orders will be charged as per the menu.

Please Note:

There is a government “No-Smoking” legislation for all hotels, restaurants and public places in India. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited throughout Trident Hotels except designated bedrooms where smoking is permitted.

Should you require a smoking bedroom, please let us know at the time of making your reservation. We shall endeavour to reserve a smoking bedroom for you, subject to availability.

Pets are not allowed in Trident Hotels.
