The menu includes freshly grilled red snapper, grilled salmon, barbecued chicken and New Zealand lamb chops, as well as our signature grilled meat platter, complimented by a range of handcrafted jus. Laal Maas or the traditional meat curry from the state is associated with Rajput warriors. A lamb specialty, simmered with Mathania chillies, curd and finally smoked with clove. It is served with rice, missi roti or chapattis.
