• The offered rates will be valid until 15th July, 2025.
• The reservation has to be made via link shared by the hotel with 100% advance payment.
• Rooms once blocked can be released until 15th July, 2025 without any extra charge, post that 100% cancellation will be applicable.
• Hotel’s check-in time is between 3 pm to 5 pm and check-out time is at 12 pm.
• Once the reservation is processed through the online link hotel shall share credit card link and payment to be made within 48 hours, in failure of making the payment the reservation will be auto-released.
• The above-mentioned rates are non- commissionable.

Meals for Children:

• Meals for children up to 6 years are complimentary
• For children between 6-12 years, a meal is at 50% of the parent’s meal
• For children above 12 years meal is at full charge

Child Policy

• Two children up to 12 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge. However, a maximum of one child's bed can be placed in a room which will be provided at no additional charge.
• If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)
• We do not allow Triple occupancy for adults in the hotel.
• Extra beds cannot be placed in the deluxe category room.

Cancellation

• 100% retention charges will be applicable for any cancellation / amendments once the booking is confirmed.
