Terms and conditions of non - guaranteed block of room of Reliance Brands Limited

• Applicable Government taxes will be additional (subject to change as per Government regulations).
• All reservations have to be done through the reservation link shared by the hotel. The hotel will start the process of creating a reservation link once the signed contract is submitted and within 7 days the reservation link will be shared with Reliance Brands Limited.
• The special rates proposed will be valid till 20^th February 2026.
• All reservations will be confirmed only after the advance payment is done by the individual guests.
• The hotel’s Check-in time is between 1500hrs to 1700hrs & Check-out time is 12 noon.
• Charges for the use of Restaurants, telephones, spa treatments, room service, business center and any other facility utilized which is not a part of the stay package, will be charged on actuals.
• Upon check-in, the Hotel will require satisfactory credit information or cash advances as evidence of the Group member's ability to satisfy anticipated charges to his/her guest account. All individuals are responsible for their own charges.
• Rooms once blocked cannot be released.

FURTHER:

• The above rates mentioned are net and non-commissionable and are on a per night basis.
• These are special group reservation rates for this movement only and shall not be extended otherwise.
• If there is a change greater than 10% of the rooms mentioned in the contract, the rates will be revised as per the new room requirement.
• Current Tax Structure: 18% tax on rooms

Child Stay Policy

• Two children below the age of 12 years can stay in the parents’ room without being charged.
• If a child is over 12 years of age, a separate room will be allocated at full applicable room rate.
• If there are two children over 12 years of age, a separate room will be allocated at the parents’ applicable room rate.
• Extra beds are offered only in Premier Room, Club Room and Suits. Only one extra bed will be available per room. This facility is subject to the availability of extra beds from hotel inventory. It ceases to be a valid offer in the event of the hotel extra bed inventory being pre committed.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:

• Our check-in time is between 1500hrs to 1700hrs for group bookings.
• Our check-out time is 1200hrs.
• Reservations with check-in prior to 1400hrs are held from the previous evening and are billed from the previous evening itself.
• All check-out till 1900hrs will be charged half day rate and any check-out post 1900hrs will be charged a full day rate.
