Raising the bar

India’s most globally celebrated bar is setting up shop by the sea. For one night only, Delhi’s acclaimed speakeasy, Lair, takes over Ness at Trident, Nariman Point.

Ranked 8th on Asia's 50 Best Bars, Lair is bringing their celebrated ingredient-led mixology to the coast. Head Bartender Amay Bisen is pouring a custom menu of regional Indian flavours. Expect flawless craft, unexpected ingredients and drinks that make a very strong case for moving the country's best bar to the coast.

Start or end with their legendary Picante. It is the perfect excuse to push your Monday morning alarms a little later.

Sunday 11th October 2026, 7 PM onwards.

Right place, right time.

This year we are giving your festive calendar a proper postcode. It starts in Hyderabad, where clear October skies set the stage for Bathukamma between the 11th and 19th. Head east and the same cool weather welcomes Durga Puja in Bhubaneswar, turning the city into a cultural powerhouse between the 17th and 20th.

By November, Udaipur becomes impossible to ignore, especially around the 8th when the entire city glows for Diwali. As the year winds down, Mumbai trades the humidity for a cool coastal breeze, perfect for long dinners before Christmas and New Year's Eve close out 2026 in style.

Of course, these are just the highlights. From Agra to Chennai, wherever the festive season takes you, there is a Trident Hotel ready to make it memorable.

Tom yum and then some

This October we are swapping the usual suspects for something a little more vibrant. The Restaurant at Trident, Agra is bringing the bright and bold flavours of Thailand straight to your table.

We have put together a specially curated à la carte menu that hits every single note you want from a great Thai meal. Whether you are chasing the sharp tang of lemongrass, a serious hit of bird's eye chili or the rich comfort of coconut milk, this is a completely authentic exploration of Southeast Asia's best plates.

Come on over between the 1th and 31st of October for the full à la carte experience.

The Spirit of
Trident

At Trident, Udaipur , Chef Hemendra Singh Mojawat has spent almost a decade bringing Rajasthan's forgotten flavours back to the table. He is best known for his Rajasthani thalis, built on recipes that rarely make it beyond home kitchens.

His food has travelled as far as Hong Kong and found its way to the tables at the G20 Summit and the Concours d'Elegance, though he is just as content mentoring young chefs closer to home. On your next visit to Udaipur, ask for his thali. It is, by several accounts, the best meal of the trip.
