• The above rates mentioned are plus Taxes and non-commissionable and are on a per night basis.
• The above mentioned block has been calculated on Room and breakfast basis and excludes taxes.
• These are special rates and are applicable to this stay only for the dates mentioned in this contract and the same shall not be extended otherwise
• In the event of this stay schedule is getting rescheduled, new rates will be applicable.
• Charges for the use of Restaurants, telephones, spa treatments, room service, business center and any other facility utilized which is not a part of the stay package, will be charged on actuals.
• Final rooming list to be received 1 month prior to the earliest date of check in. this list will be treated as the final number of rooms being availed. Any un- availed inventory at this juncture as per the contractual commitments will be payable by the host/organizer as retention charges. The unutilized rooms will also be released from the block.
• Payments for Rooms and taxes to be paid by the host. Any extras consumed during the stay such as Laundry, Tobacco, Food and Beverage in room or any other consumption besides function venue, ISD/STD calls, Car usage etc. to be billed directly to the guest.
• Upon check-in, the Hotel will require satisfactory credit information or cash advances as evidence of the Group member's ability to satisfy anticipated charges to his/her guest account. All individuals are responsible for their own charges.
• We offer rooms only on Single and double occupancy. In case of any triple occupancy room we will be able to confirm as per our child policy.

Guarantee Policy:

• To guarantee the reservation, advance payment would be required. A payment link would be sent to all the guests on their given email with a validity of 48 hours, post which the unpaid reservations would be auto-released.
