All reservations have to be done through the reservation link shared by the hotel.
The special rates proposed will be valid till 30 days before the first arrival i.e. validity is till 31st October 2023.
All reservations will be confirmed only after the advance payment is done by the individual guests.
The hotel’s Check-in time is between 1400hrs to 1700hrs & Check-out time is 12 noon.
A payment link would be sent to all the guests on their given email with a validity of 48 hours, post which the unpaid reservations would be auto-released.
Charges for the use of Restaurants, telephones, spa treatments, room service, business center and any other facility utilized which is not a part of the stay package, will be charged on actuals.
Upon check-in, the Hotel will require satisfactory credit information or cash advances as evidence of the Group member's ability to satisfy anticipated charges to his/her guest account. All individuals are responsible for their own charges.
Rooms once blocked can be released 30 days prior to 1st December 2023 without any extra charge, post that 100% cancellation will be applicable.
