The restaurant and bar at the Trident, Udaipur have been designed keeping in mind the international traveller as well as the dramatic elegance, typical of Udaipur.
Situated at the lobby level the restaurant overlooks the swimming pool and is named after the Aravalli mountain ranges that form the backdrop of the restaurant. This multi-cuisine restaurant offers a variety of cuisines ranging from Western, Asian, Indian and Rajasthani specialities. There is an option of a sumptuous buffet, in addition to an a la carte menu.
