The restaurant and bar at the Trident, Udaipur have been designed keeping in mind the international traveller as well as the dramatic elegance, typical of Udaipur.

Named after the mountain range that is part of the view from the restaurant, the Aravalli is a multi-cuisine restaurant offers a sumptuous buffet for major meals, in addition to a select a la carte menu. Adjacent to the main restaurant, the Aravalli Terrace beside the pool offers a magnificent view of the Aravalli mountain range, the Lake Pichola, and Sajjan Garh - the monsoon palace. Guests are entertained with live Indian classical performances in the evenings.
