Ingredients

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 5 grams gelatine
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Fruits of your choice

Method

  1. Wash the rice and cook with water
  2. Transfer the rice in a bowl and add cream, sugar and melted gelatine
  3. Set in a tray and chill for few hours
  4. Cut various shapes and decorate the top with fruits of your choice
  5. You could also thinly slice mango and wrap the sushi rice to form a fruit sushi
  6. Serve chilled
